For forthcoming events, I decided to make ATC’s to exchange with fellow artists.
Mi idea original era dibujar, pintar y bordar cada tarjetita, para que tuviera mi nombre en ella.
My original idea was to draw, paint, and embroider each card so that it would bear my name.
Este proceso, sin embargo, resultó ser demasiado lento, por lo cual decidí cambiar el diseño y hacerlo en estampado. Esta foto muestra una tarjetita ya bordada (a mano, ¡por supuesto!).
This process, however, turned out to be too slow, and I decided to change to a stamped design. The photo shows an ATC finished in hand embroidery.
Mi nueva idea: hacer la tarjetita con mi nombre escrito y pegarle una tarjeta de la Galería.
My new idea: make the ATC with my name written out, and sew the Gallery’s card onto it.
